I would highly recommend DiMone to anyone in need of plumbing! I called asking for a quote to replace my kitchen sink and install a disposal and before the call ended they gave me the quote and scheduled to come within the week. They asked specific questions and for pictures to determine the price. The workers showed up on time, were very respectful, walked me through exactly what they would need to do, answered all my questions, and cleaned up everything before leaving. The new sink is beautiful and everything works even better than before. We will be using them again in the future when we renovate our bathrooms!

They were quick, professional, and very affordable. Price was my main concern, and they were surprisingly affordable for such a high-quality service provider. I will absolutely call them for all of my plumbing needs going forward.

Had a great experience with the team who handled a difficult emergency sewage pump issue. Although sourcing the parts took a long time (no fault of the company, just outdated and hard to find parts) the team kept me updated and communicated next steps well. Andrew, Dakota, and Justin made quick work of the fix and were very kind and professional. Thanks again to Andrew for advocating for me when sourcing the correct parts. Would highly recommend this company for work.

We have used them for six years! We live in an old brick house with old pipes and they are always so quick to come to the rescue even on busy days. Everyone we have had had been nice a get the job done! Justin is usually the one sent out to us and he’s so informative! We always recommend!!

Frank and Ryan came out yesterday to examine the leak in pipes to irrigation system and determined I needed a backflow valve installed. They returned today and completed the repairs. Both were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Recently DPI techs came and installed water heater and another visit a new bathroom faucet to fix that leak. Highly recommend DPI for any plumbing needs!!

Justin Klutz with DiMone Parlier was great! I needed a new water heater and the estimate I got from Michael & Son was egregious - plus they recommended moving my water heater from the crawl space to the attic, which doesn't make much sense logistically, and it would have cost $10k total (they may have suggested a total overhaul because I have since learned their techs are commission-based...which is kinda icky). I got my new water heater installed from DMP for a fifth of that price. Justin kept me in the loop with all recommendations and was great at answering my questions, and he updated me on any issues they ran into. There was a little hiccup which they fixed that same day at no additional charge, and sent me pictures of all finished work as I asked because there's no way in hell I am ever going under my house. 10/10 recommend DMP!! They are now my go-to plumbers.

Happy Thanksgiving. I just want to say I'm truly grateful and thankful for Frank and Christian. They came out and did an amazing job for us. They were very professional and didn't waste any time getting the job done. They didn't let the fact that it's a holiday stop them from coming out and doing their job. I really appreciate that they didn't leave until they were sure that the problem was resolved. Thank you again for such great work Frank and Christian.

Really happy with the service Justin provided on our long, annoying list of plumbing issues. He was super honest and straightforward with his recommendations, and did great work. The office staff was really helpful and quick with scheduling, too. Would call again!
